Overview

Setting up a new company operation in a country is never a straightforward task. In this case, mDoc, now part of the CGM group—a German health industry leader—turned to Innovagency to lead the identification and recruitment of a specialized team (20 senior developers), along with managing and providing broad support for the setup of a new Global Development Center during the first six months.

Transferring the entire global development center to Lisbon required agility and expertise to ensure all conditions were met for the development of new hospital management software.

Project Resume

Given the urgency of this type of process and our expertise in the technology sector, the challenge involved strategically defining the team structure and identifying top technical profiles to ensure high-quality development for the new global hospital management software.

In just six months, we succeeded in finalizing the recruitment of 20 Backend Java Developers, providing support to the German brand in their internal processes, and establishing the new Development Center, previously located in India.

We took on the role of a strategic partner in specialized tech human resources, further collaborating directly in the UX/UI Design process and Web and Mobile development.
