Overview

A partnership between Tranquilidade and Innovagency to provide a team capable of strategic thinking and experience in Salesforce technologies, enhancing the use of the Marketing Cloud tool to increase the engagement and conversion of Tranquilidade and LOGO customers. 

In this project, Innovagency assumes the leading role of technical support of salesforce marketing cloud, helping the Tranquilidade teams in their daily operations and consolidating their knowledge regarding the platform.
